Utilizing the MN Math Progressions to Engage all Students in Rigorous Mathematics from Preschool through Calculus

The MDE Math Team will utilize the PK-12 Progression of Fractional Reasoning from the 2007 & 2022 Math Standards to build rigorous grade-level lessons all students can engage in. Routines for using the progressions in lesson planning will be shared. How to use progressions to enhance formative assessment and classroom decision making will be modeled. Exemplars of pre-school to Calculus lessons and formative assessment prompts will shared. Attendees will have a chance to plan how this plays out in their classrooms.

This event will be cancelled two weeks prior to July 18 (July 4)  if there is not enough registration.
